About the role

  • Lead the strategy, performance, and continuous optimization of the DTC website, including UX, merchandising, content, and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Customer Service) to ensure seamless site functionality and exceptional customer experience
  • Analyze site metrics and consumer behavior to drive improvements and accelerate growth
  • Plan and execute retail media campaigns across key partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target)
  • Develop activation strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion at retail
  • Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to align brand and retail initiatives
  • Execute fully integrated 360° brand campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Shape the consumer journey, manage retail media and activation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, brand marketing, or retail activation within consumer goods
  • Proven success managing DTC websites and retail media campaigns
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization and collaborate across functions and geographies
  • Demonstrated team player with a proactive approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision
