About the role

Translate business needs into technical strategy and oversee the technology portfolio
Partner with business leaders to define a technology roadmap aligned to strategic objectives
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to deconstruct complex problems
Manage and optimize company technologies and applications for scalability and future growth
Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product, and design to deliver initiatives
Promote data-driven decision-making using analysis and key metrics
Mentor teams and provide thought leadership on technical and business best practices
Lead discussions and frameworks for ethical and responsible application of technology

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
8-10+ years of experience in technology strategy, technical program management, solutions architecture, or similar roles
Deep expertise in business operations and technology management
Proven track record partnering with engineering to deliver large-scale technology projects
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
