About the role
- Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational goals
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for corporate functions across levels
- Craft compelling outreach and personalized engagement strategies to attract passive candidates
- Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn, market mapping, competitor research, talent intelligence tools)
- Leverage data and reporting to track pipeline health and inform hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Share market intelligence and competitive insights with stakeholders to support workforce planning
- Contribute to cross-functional recruiting initiatives to improve processes, tools, and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate/business roles
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for leadership or executive-level positions
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent across G&A functions
- Experience designing and executing market mapping, talent research, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities supporting multiple requisitions
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Expertise in pipeline management
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and market intelligence platforms
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (application form asks about authorization and sponsorship)
