About the role
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies for logistics and light industrial properties
- Identify market opportunities, monitor trends, and prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making
- Acquire new tenants, manage relationships with existing ones, and ensure tenant satisfaction throughout the lease lifecycle
- Negotiate leases and occupancy agreements in line with legal and financial guidelines
- Coordinate the leasing process, including collaboration with real estate agencies, brokers, and consultants
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Asset Management) on both existing and newly signed leases
- Manage quarterly/annual budgeting and verify monthly rent assumptions for individual properties
- Support the team in achieving common goals, optimize letting processes, and perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in leasing of logistics properties, ideally having broker background
- Solid network of relevant contacts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactivity & initiative towards cold calling and local market mapping
- English (professional working level)
