About the role
- Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct qualified meetings that generate pipeline opportunities
- Initiate contact with potential customers and understand their needs via email, phone, and lead tools
- Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Recommend suitable products or services and tailor solutions to maximize satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools
- Prepare and present reports to management and stay informed about product updates, pricing, and payment plans
- Meet and exceed key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis; effectively navigate client organizations to reach decision-makers
Requirements
- Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Resilience and persistence—you don’t take “no” as the final answer
- Excellent communication and prospecting skills to connect with prospects through various channels (email, phone, etc.)
- Fluency in English & German
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, ideally Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales engagement software and lead generation tools
- Experience in a SaaS sales environment and proficiency with inbound, outbound, and field sales approaches (preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (preferred)
- Eagerness to develop and grow within the organization
