About the role

  • Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct qualified meetings that generate pipeline opportunities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and understand their needs via email, phone, and lead tools
  • Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Recommend suitable products or services and tailor solutions to maximize satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools
  • Prepare and present reports to management and stay informed about product updates, pricing, and payment plans
  • Meet and exceed key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis; effectively navigate client organizations to reach decision-makers

Requirements

  • Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Resilience and persistence—you don’t take “no” as the final answer
  • Excellent communication and prospecting skills to connect with prospects through various channels (email, phone, etc.)
  • Fluency in English & German
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, ideally Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales engagement software and lead generation tools
  • Experience in a SaaS sales environment and proficiency with inbound, outbound, and field sales approaches (preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (preferred)
  • Eagerness to develop and grow within the organization
