• Executing the day-to-day operations for material management for the Americas region.
• Implement effective operational procedures, policies, and standards for the Operations team for the Oxford Instruments America.
• Align processes with the developing needs to the business to create efficiencies.
• The Operations Specialist is responsible for the execution and ongoing improvement of various operational processes for Oxford Instruments America.
• This individual will report to the Operations Manager while working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, client services, and other departments.

Manager

• Explore NMR opportunities in both industrial and academic markets
• Manage NMR business by matrix management
• Prepare forecast NMR business with accuracy regularly

Business Development Manager

Designer

• Delivering component and device conception and design, 3D solid models, detail drawings and modifications.
• Carry out Design Verification and Validation activities through calculation, simulation and prototype testing.
• Ensure all work complies with our company standards and relevant regulatory and industry standards (E.g. BS, EN, Semi standards).
• Provide technical information required for Technical File, manuals and other documentation.
• Adhere to internal design process as defined in Business Management system.

• Be proficient in using 3D CAD (Solidedge), PLM software, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• General drawing office duties and admin, including maintenance of accurate, up-to-date drawings, Work Instructions and documentation.

• Alongside the manager, take ownership of personal and professional development.
• Carry out other tasks that might reasonably be requested by the company.
