About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade advanced plasma processing systems and software
  • Support customers directly on-site, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Provide clear, detailed service reports after each visit
  • Support the technical helpdesk when needed
  • Track and report system performance and issues through internal systems
  • Manage expenses and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (HNC or higher)
  • Proven field service experience
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries (highly desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Strong PC/PLC skills (preferred)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A full driving licence
  • A proactive, independent mindset with excellent communication skills
  • The flexibility to travel extensively
