- Report to the SVP of Engineering and lead experienced senior and staff engineers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead
- Staff-level (IC6+) engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role
- Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent
- Very technically strong / hands-on; ability to code and fix bugs as needed
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product features rapidly
- Direct experience using AI in your everyday work
- Voracious learner; continuous growth and mastery of craft
- Motivated by and extremely passionate about mission to empower independent business owners
