About the role
- Formulate and implement cutting-edge growth marketing strategies to reduce acquisition costs and target new customer segments
- Produce comprehensive and actionable performance reports on marketing campaigns with strategic recommendations
- Identify, test, scale, and optimize emerging growth channels (influencer, CTV, TikTok, paid channels)
- Continuously optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to meet performance targets
- Manage and nurture relationships with agency partners and vendors, including contract negotiation and day-to-day oversight
- Own growth media with focus on Conversion Rate Optimization, paid channels, and creative strategy; contribute to brand development via A/B testing and customer research
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in scaling paid marketing channels across various platforms
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Advanced proficiency in paid media reporting, customer segmentation, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across multiple channels (huge plus)
