About the role
- Manage entire video production and iteration process end-to-end from concept to live testing
- Create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth using data and creative insights
- Analyze campaign and creative performance in platforms such as Atria, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research
- Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns
- Ensure visuals match creative strategy and give/execute feedback aligned to strategy
- Analyze creative tests and iterate based on results
- With oversight, perform weekly strategic account planning and identify top-performing concepts
- Identify effective concepts and trends in the social media ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus)
- Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook)
- Experience with FB Ads Manager and/or TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat ad platforms
- Experience analyzing data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
