• Build and maintain a messaging framework that translates product capabilities into the language of generosity growth, not just feature specs
• Craft and scale our migration narrative — turning proof points (12% giving increase, 90%+ migration in 8 weeks, 112% retention) into a repeatable, segment-specific story that drives urgency and conversion
• Develop competitive positioning that clearly articulates why Overflow wins against legacy platforms and emerging competitors
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for all product launches — from Tap and full-stack giving features to AI-powered tools and new payment methods
• Build the GTM playbook for Overflow, defining launch tiers, cross-functional workflows, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to inject market and user insights into the product roadmap
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Success, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure launches land with impact across every channel and stakeholder group
• Build the sales enablement toolkit from the ground up: battlecards, pitch decks, segment-specific one-pagers, objection handling guides, and a fully functioning demo environment
• Close the AE messaging gap by creating education resources that help reps articulate Overflow's value proposition with confidence across every segment and deal size
• Support the enterprise GTM motion with solutions-oriented collateral, case studies, and proof points that give AEs credibility in complex deals
• Partner with Revenue Operations to identify and act on product-market signals that inform upsell and expansion plays
• Build a customer marketing engine: case studies, testimonials, and customer stories that showcase real outcomes and drive social proof
• Partner with Customer Success to develop in-product enablement content, product documentation, and onboarding materials that reduce time-to-value and drive adoption

Product Marketing Manager

Customer Support

• Manage and respond to high-volume inbound support tickets from our enterprise partners through our support platform
• Provide partner support through email, video calls, and phone calls, depending on issue complexity
• Investigate and resolve partner issues related to donations, platform functionality, and account configuration
• Provide clear, timely communication to partners throughout the resolution process
• Escalate technical issues to Engineering when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
• Deliver a high-quality support experience that builds trust and confidence with enterprise partners
• Maintain strong response and resolution times across support tickets
• Help partners navigate the platform and understand best practices for using Overflow’s tools

Support Specialist II – Enterprise

Risk

• Manage and support Overflow’s payment operations across cash and non-cash giving workflows, including stock donations, payment processing, reconciliation, and transaction support
• Analyze payment activity, operational trends, and risk indicators to identify issues, improve processes, and reduce operational friction
• Review merchant and client applications, validate documentation, and support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verification processes
• Monitor transaction activity for fraud, chargebacks, returns, and other payment-related risks while escalating complex issues as needed
• Investigate payment discrepancies, operational issues, and transaction anomalies to identify root causes and drive resolution
• Support underwriting and risk review processes by analyzing financial information, business models, transaction behavior, and exposure levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve payment workflows and internal systems
• Assist in scoping operational improvements, documenting requirements, and supporting testing for new tooling and automation initiatives
• Track operational KPIs including approval rates, chargeback ratios, payment declines, processing trends, and risk-related metrics
• Support the end-to-end stock donation process including transfer coordination, liquidation tracking, payout allocation, and operational compliance

Payment Operations & Risk Analyst

Solutions Engineer

• Support the Sales Process: Partner with Account Executives during discovery calls, demos, technical reviews, and strategic conversations to communicate Overflow’s platform capabilities, integrations, implementation approach, and technical value proposition.
• Lead Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Identify customer operational needs, integration requirements, reporting workflows, migration considerations, and ecosystem dependencies in order to recommend scalable solutions tailored to each partner.
• Drive Successful Implementations: Support partners through onboarding, activation, integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience across Overflow products.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to solve technical challenges, improve partner experience, and support customers throughout the full lifecycle.
• Serve as a Technical Advisor: Become a subject matter expert on Overflow’s platform, APIs, integrations, and payment infrastructure while translating technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly communication.
• Improve Processes & Enablement: Help build scalable Solutions Engineering and Technical Account Management processes, including documentation, implementation guides, training resources, and internal best practices.
• Problem Solve & Escalate Effectively: Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively identify implementation risks, and partner with Engineering to ensure bugs and customer feedback are clearly communicated and resolved.
• Build Customer Confidence: Act as a trusted technical partner who helps churches and nonprofits feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their partnership with Overflow.

Business Development Rep

• Generate qualified pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, warm outbound engagement, and inbound lead follow-up
• Research and engage prospective churches, nonprofits, and strategic accounts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
• Create awareness and engagement around Overflow’s product suite, including Giving Platform, Overflow Tap, and Generosity University
• Conduct early-stage qualification conversations to assess organizational fit, priorities, timing, and needs
• Partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure strong meeting preparation, strategic alignment, and clean opportunity handoff
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, pipeline updates, and meeting notes within Hubspot
• Consistently achieve outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline creation goals
• Improve outreach effectiveness through testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration

• Articulate complex financial products and compliance requirements in simple, compelling terms for non-technical buyers
• Support targeted outbound outreach when appropriate, including follow-ups from events and marketing campaigns
• Re-engage warm leads or organizations already familiar with Overflow
• Conduct thoughtful, personalized outreach in addition to high-volume prospecting
• Contribute insights to improve messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies
• Represent Overflow at 6–10+ industry conferences, church expos, and nonprofit summits per year — building relationships, sourcing deals, and expanding brand presence
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to ministry and nonprofit leadership — consultative, mission-aligned, and in it for the long haul
