About the role
- Report to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing and design, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition
- Research, identify and manage 3rd party programs with industry partners that generate awareness and demand through selective advertising, podcasts, and webinar programs
- Develop and manage monthly hosted webinar program and virtual product launch events to showcase Outreach and drive demand
- Manage large brand-to-demand advertising campaigns such as DOOH ads
- Manage demand-generating campaigns such as content syndication, executive appointment setting, and thought-leadership video series
- Provide events support for promoting third-party and hosted events and follow-up activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including segment marketing leaders and product marketing—to ensure program and messaging alignment
- Track, measure, and report on program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing program or campaign management, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience managing large budgets and aligning them to business priorities
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing marketing programs.
