Sales Development Rep

• Driving BD performance day to day: setting the pace, pushing the team past benchmark, and knowing exactly where metrics stand at any moment.
• Tracking connects, completion, and conversion rates by rep and by team, and using that data to know where to step in before it becomes a problem.
• Diagnosing what's holding performance back across list, script, and rep delivery, and translating that diagnosis into a fix.
• Staying plugged into the floor daily: live step-ins, call reviews, and real-time coaching, not just scheduled check-ins.
• Owning the master objection-handling guide and script development.
• Building a real team unit to keep the BD team motivated through a high-rejection job, day to day.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and ramping up new BDs, including full ownership of onboarding during the first 30 days.
• Owning the handoff of cold and warm leads between BDs and bankers, end to end.

Director of Sales Development – SDR

• Generate and qualify leads through creative outbound and inbound strategies
• Engage early-stage prospects and educate them on AI-driven operations
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine outreach strategies
• Own your pipeline from lead generation to handoff for maximum impact

Sales Development Representative – all genders

Business Development Rep

• Build and maintain target account lists across home care and home health agencies
• Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to agency owners, administrators, and schedulers
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right next step
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the founding GTM team
• Develop a real point of view on the home care market: who buys, who blocks, what they care about, and why
• Test new messaging, sequences, channels, and personas; keep what works and kill what doesn't
• Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in our CRM so we always know where every account stands
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn outbound learnings into better positioning, content, and product feedback
• Help define what excellent outbound looks like at Phoebe and document it for the next person

Business Development Representative

• Identify and research target brands and agencies aligned with Moby’s audience
• Execute high-volume, thoughtful outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Book qualified meetings for the Ad Sales team
• Develop relationships with media buyers, planners, and brand marketers
• Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity and notes
• Support proposal development and early-stage packaging for smaller opportunities
• Track outreach performance metrics and optimize messaging
• Represent Moby professionally in conversations with enterprise brands
• Operational duties such as contract management and account management
