• Test new messaging, sequences, channels, and personas; keep what works and kill what doesn't
• Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in our CRM so we always know where every account stands
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn outbound learnings into better positioning, content, and product feedback
• Help define what excellent outbound looks like at Phoebe and document it for the next person

Business Development Representative

• Identify and research target brands and agencies aligned with Moby’s audience
• Execute high-volume, thoughtful outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Book qualified meetings for the Ad Sales team
• Develop relationships with media buyers, planners, and brand marketers
• Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity and notes
• Support proposal development and early-stage packaging for smaller opportunities
• Track outreach performance metrics and optimize messaging
