• You ensure our listings convert optimally, product data is cleanly structured, and technical issues in Seller Central are resolved immediately.
• You work deeply with data, identify market trends, and use complex Excel setups to roll out our products internationally.
• Create and SEO-optimize product titles, bullet points, and A+ Content to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Independently resolve error messages, blocked ASINs, and communicate with Seller Support.

• You'll take full ownership of our social media channels — strategically, creatively and data-driven.
• Develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok & other platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, comments, etc.).
• Derive clear learnings: What performs — and why?
• Work closely with our video team (you concept, they produce).
• Actively monitor social media, content & creator trends.
• Develop new formats, hooks and storytelling techniques.
• Evolve our visual and editorial brand presence.
• Create your own graphic posts, carousels & stories.
• Conceptualize & design Static Ads (Meta).
• Contribute to creative strategies, ad videos & scripts.
• Independently contact and build relationships with relevant influencers.
• Coordinate, request & review content deliverables.
• Responsibly respond to comments (organic & ads)

• Operational anchor for the executive management
• Classic commercial tasks – from invoicing and preparatory accounting to preparing payroll
• Support in the day-to-day operations of our online shop (Shopify)
• Maintain product listings, monitor orders and oversee fulfillment
• Improve and document processes
• Support with email marketing and resolving customer inquiries
• Coordinate appointments and conduct research tasks
