About the role
- Managing and resolving complex NextGen EHR, EDR, and Document Management system tickets
- Communicating effectively with members to ensure timely and thorough resolution
- Documenting ticket activity with precision and clarity
- Collaborating across departments and vendors to escalate and close tickets efficiently
- Supporting NextGen-related projects outside of daily ticket flow
- Maintaining strong member relationships through consultative support and high-quality service
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Computer Science or Healthcare IT
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications
- NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)
- 5+ years troubleshooting hardware/software issues (preferred)
- 3+ years in helpdesk or call center environments (preferred)
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
