Network Engineer

• Maintain and enhance network and security infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Respond to escalated support requests and ensure high availability and performance
• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco and Fortinet networks, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Monitor resource usage and tune performance
• Develop procedures to prevent outages and improve system resilience
• Create and maintain configuration and support documentation
• Provide technical support to staff, vendors, and service providers
• Resolve escalated help desk requests and participate in on-call rotations
• Manage projects and deliver services aligned with organizational goals
