The Director of Mid Market Sales will lead and develop a team of Account Executives within a fast-paced environment.
Hire, train, and develop an accomplished mid-market sales team; identify process improvements; assist sales cycles; report results.

Requirements
A minimum of (3) years experience building and managing a high performing sales team in a relevant domain.
Previous experience managing a Mid-Market sales team.
Successful track record of quota achievement – both a manager and as an individual contributor.
Experience selling to high value accounts as an individual contributor or manager.
Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
Experience managing and improving full cycle account executive KPIs.
High degree of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
