About the role

  • Oscilar is building the AI Risk Decisioning Platform to help banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with AI.
  • The Director of Mid Market Sales will lead and develop a team of Account Executives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hire, train, and develop an accomplished mid-market sales team; identify process improvements; assist sales cycles; report results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of (3) years experience building and managing a high performing sales team in a relevant domain.
  • Previous experience managing a Mid-Market sales team.
  • Successful track record of quota achievement – both a manager and as an individual contributor.
  • Experience selling to high value accounts as an individual contributor or manager.
  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
  • Experience managing and improving full cycle account executive KPIs.
  • High degree of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
