Orchestrate and lead discovery workshops to capture customer business and technical needs.
Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and solution definitions aligned with AgentSync product offerings.
Create implementation documentation: executable requirements, testing & acceptance criteria, flowcharts, integration definitions, data mapping, wireframes, etc.
Engage directly with clients to map challenges, use cases, business processes, strategic aims, value drivers, and business goals to AgentSync capabilities.
Maintain deep product knowledge of AgentSync offerings and communicate features, benefits, and limitations.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve product.
Guide customers, partners, and internal teams on solution capabilities and best practices.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different life-cycle stages.
Travel approximately 30% to customer sites for kickoffs, discovery workshops, demonstrations, requirements gathering/playback, and scoping.
Requirements
Must have experience in a senior / principal role in a Professional Services / Delivery or Product organization.
Strong business systems acumen and clear track record of solving complex systems and/or business process challenges.
Experience working within, developing requirements for, and integrating with other key business systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail oriented and organized: able to make logical and data-driven decisions while working under continual guideline constraints.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, start-up environment.
Must be eligible to work in the US; "We are not able to consider candidates who require a work visa now or in the future."
Ideal candidate will live within 25 miles of Denver office or be located in one of the approved US states.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration).
Nice to have: Salesforce Administration experience and Salesforce certifications (SFDC Admin, App Builder, Business Analyst).
Nice to have: Experience writing test cases and organizing/driving UAT cycles.
Nice to have: Experience in the insurance space.
