About the role

  • You independently or collaboratively develop strategies for acquiring new customers, conduct competitive analyses and market monitoring, and provide recommendations to product management to improve the company’s product portfolio.
  • You coordinate workshop appointments for customers and prospects and prepare tailored proposals and concepts to address their requirements.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for our customers and prospects and advise them on all aspects of digitalization in connection with ORGA-SOFT ® products.
  • Together with our consultants you identify the needs of prospects and deliver product presentations with them online or on-site.
  • Afterwards you develop solution concepts for the implementation of INTEGRA ® and support prospects throughout the entire acquisition phase up to contract signing.
  • In after-sales you look after existing customers and regularly inform them about product improvements and new releases.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent, in-depth vocational qualification.
  • Strong affinity for new technologies and enjoyment in developing digital concepts for SMEs in the D/A/CH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
  • Ideally more than 2 years of professional experience in the sales of complex IT solutions.
  • You are committed, motivated, responsible and a true team player.
  • You are convincing in your presentations to stakeholders at different decision-making levels and when presenting to audiences at events or lectures.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • You place the customer at the center of your actions and align your way of working accordingly.
