You independently or collaboratively develop strategies for acquiring new customers, conduct competitive analyses and market monitoring, and provide recommendations to product management to improve the company’s product portfolio.
You coordinate workshop appointments for customers and prospects and prepare tailored proposals and concepts to address their requirements.
You act as the primary point of contact for our customers and prospects and advise them on all aspects of digitalization in connection with ORGA-SOFT ® products.
Together with our consultants you identify the needs of prospects and deliver product presentations with them online or on-site.
Afterwards you develop solution concepts for the implementation of INTEGRA ® and support prospects throughout the entire acquisition phase up to contract signing.
In after-sales you look after existing customers and regularly inform them about product improvements and new releases.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent, in-depth vocational qualification.
Strong affinity for new technologies and enjoyment in developing digital concepts for SMEs in the D/A/CH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
Ideally more than 2 years of professional experience in the sales of complex IT solutions.
You are committed, motivated, responsible and a true team player.
You are convincing in your presentations to stakeholders at different decision-making levels and when presenting to audiences at events or lectures.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
You place the customer at the center of your actions and align your way of working accordingly.
