Account Manager

• You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to fully understand their business, solution, and technical requirements.
• You develop and implement a comprehensive customer and territory plan that supports multiple customer teams and/or specifically assigned partners to drive revenue and profit targets.
• You are responsible for the entire channel strategy as well as structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with partners.
• You are responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding processes and are additionally accountable for revenue.
• You work closely with the marketing team to develop the marketing plan.
• You develop long-term strategic relationships with key partners and continuously look for opportunities to provide added value to our partners.
• You collaborate closely with partners and support them with any issues.
• You also ensure customer and partner satisfaction and understand the current and future needs of our partners.
