You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to fully understand their business, solution, and technical requirements.
You develop and implement a comprehensive customer and territory plan that supports multiple customer teams and/or specifically assigned partners to drive revenue and profit targets.
You are responsible for the entire channel strategy as well as structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with partners.
You are responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding processes and are additionally accountable for revenue.
You work closely with the marketing team to develop the marketing plan.
You develop long-term strategic relationships with key partners and continuously look for opportunities to provide added value to our partners.
You collaborate closely with partners and support them with any issues.
You also ensure customer and partner satisfaction and understand the current and future needs of our partners.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in partner management in a similar field.
Experience building indirect sales channels and supporting the full sales process for assigned resellers.
Experience leading complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
Managing your pipeline in a CRM and consistently delivering accurate weekly close forecasts for your reseller network.
Strong skills in selling an innovative product in a forward-looking industry.
Structured and independent working style, with planning and organizational skills.
Effective cross-team collaboration and enjoyment of work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Fluent Japanese would be a strong plus.
Experience managing partnerships in China and Japan is also a strong plus.
Passion for technology and privacy.
Ideally, you have some experience in software/SaaS sales or business development in the field of image and video processing, analysis, labeling, etc.
