You are the first point of contact for our international trade partners: answer questions about Stapelstein®, support the onboarding process, and assist with order-related matters
You handle processing returns and complaints and initiate refunds
You maintain our customer database carefully and ensure all information is up to date
You organize and send marketing samples for international influencers and press partners
For queries, you liaise with our manufacturer and logistics center to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Confident communication skills and a sense for modern business etiquette
Calmness and composure — even when things get busy
Identification with the Stapelstein® vision and the ability to represent it authentically externally
Ideally, you bring industry knowledge in toys or lifestyle products
