Set and execute Ordergroove’s prospect-facing integrated ABM strategy to increase brand awareness and drive account engagement from targeted enterprise brands within Retail and Digital Goods.
Shape the strategic direction for targeted marketing campaigns and develop integrated campaign and events approaches to drive awareness and build pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
Own the strategy and execution of full-funnel integrated marketing efforts to increase engagement of strategic accounts, nurture leads, and enhance the buyers’ journey.
Build external social proof and owned content channels through collaboration with Customer Success and Product Marketing to drive inbound interest and showcase market fit.
Craft campaigns centered around customer stories, events, and content messaging in collaboration with brand, content, and product marketing.
Test and optimize channel performance and messaging; monitor, track, and report on campaign success metrics to optimize spend and results.
Collaborate closely with sales to identify campaign opportunities and plan and coordinate cross-functional outreach efforts.
Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute effective online and offline marketing activities across digital, email, sales cadences, webinars, events, social, direct mail, OOH, etc.
Communicate with internal teams including marketing, sales development, and sales to ensure campaign tactics support or exceed goals.
Report to the Director of Demand Generation and work alongside marketing, sales, partner, and customer success teams.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a deep understanding of integrated and targeted marketing campaign strategies to convert enterprise accounts.
Omnichannel knowledge and experience to assure cross-channel integrated touchpoints.
Proven ability to develop and implement enticing, value-driven messaging into marketing materials.
Demonstrated track record of driving demand with large key accounts and penetrating complex buying committees and sales processes throughout the funnel.
Passion for testing new channels, messages, and strategies, iterating based on quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Highly collaborative with other marketing functions, sales, and SDRs with strong project management capabilities for complex multi-channel campaigns.
Detail-oriented and creative thinker with solid project management, written and analytical skills and experience with multi-channel integrated demand generation and account-based marketing.
