• Develop features and solutions that improve the experience for Ordergroove’s partners and clients, enabling seamless collaboration and smooth integrations
• Write high-impact, efficient code that aligns with our long-term strategy of scaling new merchants, reducing time to launch, and driving operational efficiency
• Work closely with our partners and internal teams to understand their needs, provide technical leadership, and deliver solutions that align with business goals
• Design and build scalable, highly available integrations with leading e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and others, ensuring robust and efficient data flow across systems

• Work with marketing and sales to identify, source and engage enterprise accounts within Ordergroove's ICP
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo to research and identify potential prospects

• Execute personalized outreach through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, events and social) to drive engagement

• Shape the strategic direction for targeted marketing campaigns, developing an integrated campaign and events approach to drive awareness and build a pipeline with high-quality opportunities
• Guide company strategy with expert marketing viewpoints as a segment expert for key high-growth markets and their associated pods
• Own the strategy and execution of full-funnel integrated marketing efforts to increase engagement of strategic retail and digital goods accounts and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle
• Build external social proof and owned content channels through collaboration with Customer Success and Product Marketing teams to grow inbound interest and showcase market fit
• Craft campaigns centered around customer stories, events, and content messaging in close collaboration with brand, content, and product marketing
