- Create impactful institutional content: Develop high-quality, segment-specific content for institutional audiences, including educational primers, white papers, case studies, collateral, and market insights that position Kraken as a trusted thought leader.
- Fuel demand generation and sales enablement: Produce compelling content assets that power lead generation campaigns, nurture programs, and sales conversations — supporting deal velocity and account growth across institutional and B2B segments.
- Drive consistent narrative across channels: Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to align messaging and ensure content is designed effectively for distribution across social media, web, newsletters, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Translate market movements into stories: Leverage crypto and financial market trends, product developments, and client use cases to create timely, data-driven narratives that resonate with institutional buyers.
- Elevate Kraken’s brand with thought leadership: Build and maintain a steady cadence of institutional newsletters, insights, and executive-ready materials that reinforce Kraken’s reputation as the partner of choice for sophisticated market participants.
- The Kraken Institutional team is a dynamic, client-focused group driving the growth of the B2B business, partnering with leading financial institutions, corporations, and other sophisticated clients to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative products.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of content marketing or editorial experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, SaaS, or financial services with a B2B and institutional focus.
- Proven track record creating institutional-grade content such as white papers, educational material, and case studies tailored to enterprise buyers.
- Strong ability to distill complex topics related to institutional finance, digital assets, and crypto for professional audiences.
- Experience partnering with demand gen and sales teams to align content with ABM campaigns, lead nurture programs, and account growth initiatives.
- Ability to work across multiple content mediums — including long-form editorial, newsletters, video, and design graphics — to reach and engage institutional audiences.
- Data-driven mindset — skilled at using market research, product updates, and analytics to inform narratives and measure content performance.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across formats and channels.
