About the role
- Structure and secure financing for capital-intensive supply chains
- Develop and oversee the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and forecasting processes
- Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze financial results, and report trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to the executive team and Board of Directors
- Own and manage the full-cycle accounting function including annual tax returns and audits
- Translate strategy into financial roadmaps to support significant growth
Requirements
- Extensive experience in capital strategy, fundraising, and financial leadership—ideally in start-up, scale-up, manufacturing or deeptech
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguity; experience building systems and finance processes
- Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques
- Have successfully raised equity and non-dilutive capital from a range of sources
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting functions including annual tax returns and audits
