About the role

  • Own strategic administration, optimization, and evolution of the Salesforce platform and integrated systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements and lead cross-functional projects
  • Serve as primary administrator of the Salesforce org and take ownership of routine administration tasks
  • Resolve recurring support requests and meet SLA timelines for user-reported issues
  • Plan and execute configuration changes (custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows)
  • Conduct system integrity audits and data clean-up, maintaining data integrity during imports/exports
  • Begin and own CPQ customizations, delivering fixes and updates
  • Maintain a current Business Systems Map showing all APIs and data flows
  • Scope and lead cross-functional system enhancement or process improvement projects
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee change management plans
  • Build and maintain standardized reports and at least 3 executive-level dashboards
  • Deliver training guides and conduct company-wide training on Salesforce best practices
  • Mentor junior administrators/analysts and track progress
  • Deliver a strategic Salesforce roadmap with long-term recommendations and act as trusted advisor to leadership
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and embed new features into workflows

Requirements

  • Advanced Salesforce and CRM expertise
  • Deep CRM experience with strong business analysis skills
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption
  • Ability to evolve business systems balancing agility with governance for scalability and observability
  • Experience applying emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline processes
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows)
  • Experience with CPQ customizations and administration
  • Experience producing system maps showing APIs and data flows
  • Ability to resolve user-reported Salesforce issues and meet SLA timelines
  • Experience with system integrity audits, data clean-up, and data imports/exports (maintain <2% error rate)
  • Experience leading requirements-gathering sessions and producing user stories and solution designs
  • Experience coordinating UAT and structured change management
  • Experience building standardized reports and executive-level dashboards
  • Experience mentoring junior administrators or analysts
  • Must be located in regions that allow significant overlap with U.S. time zones
