About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close deals
- Manage sales development and participate in continuous training
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Provide community leadership and shape builder decisions through strategic community management
- Mentor others and grow into leadership roles
- Represent Maronda Homes onsite in model homes and manage the end-to-end sales process
Requirements
- Must work onsite; weekends required
- Previous experience in new home sales required (model home, contract-to-close experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
- Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Real estate license required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Liability insurance on vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at time of application; visa sponsorship not available
