About the role

Requirements

  • Must work onsite, weekends required
  • Previous experience in new home sales (model home, contract-to-close, or builder partnerships preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
  • Proficiency with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools a plus
  • Real estate license required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Liability insurance on your vehicle
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Employment contingent on background check
