About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close sales
- Continuously develop sales skills through training and product education
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic via local networking and marketing initiatives

- Mentor others and contribute to builder strategy and leadership development
Requirements
- Must work onsite, weekends required
- Previous experience in new home sales (model home, contract-to-close, or builder partnerships preferred)
- Strong understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
- Proficiency with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools a plus
- Real estate license required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Liability insurance on your vehicle
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
