About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close deals
- Manage sales development and continuous product/skill training
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Provide community leadership and shape builder decisions through expert community management
- Represent Maronda Homes and New Home Star in Cincinnati-area communities
- Work onsite in model homes and handle contract-to-close responsibilities
Requirements
- Must work onsite; weekends required
- Previous experience in new home sales (experience managing model homes and contract-to-close preferred)
- Solid understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Real estate license required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Liability insurance on vehicle
