About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close sales
- Manage model-home operations and the full sales process from lead to close
- Participate in continuous sales development and product training
- Build brand awareness through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Provide community leadership and shape builder decisions through strategic management
- Mentor others, contribute to builder strategy, and pursue leadership opportunities
- Represent Maronda Homes in Dayton-area communities, working onsite and weekends
Requirements
- Must work onsite, weekends required
- Previous experience in new home sales required (model-home, lead-to-close experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
- Proficient in presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Real estate license required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
