About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close sales
- Manage the full sales process from lead to close, including working onsite in model homes
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic via local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Shape builder decisions through strategic community management and represent Maronda Homes in communities
- Participate in continuous training and sales development
- Mentor others and contribute to builder strategy and leadership development
Requirements
- Must work onsite, weekends required
- Previous experience in new home sales (model home, contract-to-close) required
- Solid understanding of the new construction sales cycle, buyer behaviors, and builder expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools a plus
- Bachelor's preferred
- Real estate license required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Liability insurance on your vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
- Employment contingent upon a background check
