About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close sales
- Lead and close deals for Maronda Homes communities
- Participate in continuous sales development and training
- Build brand awareness through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Serve as community leader shaping builder decisions through strategic community management
- Work onsite on weekends and collaborate with builder partners and New Home Star leadership
Requirements
- Must work onsite; weekends required
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with consistent high performance
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must obtain a real estate license during training
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
