About the role
- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close sales
- Participate in continuous sales development and training to sharpen skills and product knowledge
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage sales activities, and follow up with prospects
- Provide community leadership and shape builder decisions through strategic community management
- Represent Maronda Homes in Columbus/Dublin model communities; weekends onsite required
Requirements
- Must work onsite, weekends required
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate; new home sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient in presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor's preferred
- Must obtain a real estate license during training
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
- Employment contingent upon background check
