- Guide buyers through the new home sales process and close deals

- Represent builder partner Hayden Homes and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
- Must work onsite, weekends required
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
- Proficient in presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must obtain a real estate license during training
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
- Employment contingent upon a background check
