About the role
- Design and execute multi-touch lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product to support onboarding, feature adoption, revenue, and retention
- Use LLM tools and prompt engineering to generate, test, and scale lifecycle content
- Analyze product usage and merchant behavior to inform segmentation, timing, and triggers
- Run experiments (A/B tests, variant routing, multivariate) to test messaging and engagement strategies
- QA AI-generated content for brand alignment and accuracy
- Monitor and report on metrics like activation rate, NRR, and feature usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, PMMs, Marketing Operations, Product, and Success
- Report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and influence merchant experience and expansion
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or product marketing at a SaaS company (PLG or ecommerce ideal)
- Proven ability to own and optimize lifecycle journeys or segments to accelerate product adoption
- Data-driven, hypothesis-oriented, experience analyzing product usage and merchant behavior
- Strong writing skills and experience QA’ing AI-generated content
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and lifecycle tooling (e.g., GPT, Claude, Customer.io, Braze, Appcues, Pendo)
- Experience running experiments (A/B tests, multivariate)
- Collaborative cross-functional experience with Product, Success, and Data
- Willingness/ability to commit to hybrid work 2 days/week (Wednesday & Thursday)
