- Join a team of experienced recruiters offering flexibility and a collaborative network
- Manage your own recruiting desk and client relationships while collaborating on shared searches
- Partner with fellow recruiters to split roles, share candidates, and leverage each other’s strengths
- Contribute ideas, best practices, and insights to strengthen the team
- Use shared recruiting technology, resources, and systems (ATS and AI tools) without heavy overhead
- Build lasting relationships with peers and grow your business
- This position is 100% commission-based; payouts after client invoicing and payment is received
