About the role
- Own success for top clients and critical onramp partners, safeguarding and expanding highest-value accounts.
- Drive adoption of Onramper’s suite of products and ensure multi-product usage.
- Ensure fast and seamless onboarding for new high-value clients.
- Proactively optimize onramp flows and share actionable insights cross-functionally.
- Act as strategic bridge between clients, partners, and Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Build and execute Account Plans to facilitate growth, renewal, and integrated success strategies.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing partner communications.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reports on adoption, performance, and opportunities.
- Maintain CRM hygiene ensuring visibility, accountability, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Partnerships within fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
- Native-level English (written & spoken).
- Proven track record of upselling & cross-selling, demonstrated NRR growth.
- Comfortable owning high-value global accounts end-to-end.
- Effective collaborator with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Fluency in CRM (Hubspot preferred), reporting and KPI-led decision making.
- Skilled in onboarding, QBRs, account planning, and scaling processes.
