About the role
- Provide outstanding inbound customer service for AT&T business clients
- Engage with AT&T business customers to resolve issues and enhance their account experience
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance AT&T services (upsell/cross-sell)
- Create memorable experiences for customers with every interaction
- Work in a dynamic, supportive team environment with ongoing training and incentives
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in hospitality or call centers is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortability with technology, including typing and navigating multiple systems
- A passion for resolving customer issues and ensuring a great experience
- A dynamic personality with plenty of energy to engage with our customers
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and tackle escalated issues with grace
- Commitment to respecting customer and client confidentiality
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required to apply
