Producer

• Support the Studio Manager in producing all shoots for e-commerce, creative, still life, ghost mannequin, and social shoots
• Coordinate sample availability with the Sample Coordinator as needed
• Work with the Studio Manager in building shot lists and call sheets
• Liaise with talent agencies to coordinate model castings, availability, and rates for shoots
• Liaise with freelancers (stylists, hair and makeup artists, photographers, videographers) and freelance agents to coordinate availability and rates for shoots
• Send out NDAs and relevant freelancer forms to external vendors as needed
• Order additional stock and styling pieces (e.g., shoes, accessories) when needed
• Order props and accessories as needed
• Book travel and accommodation for talent and external vendors within budget
• Maintain and improve production tools and systems, including Monday.com boards and shared trackers
• Update the studio budget tracker with all receipts and invoices post-shoot in a timely manner, following up with outstanding invoices as needed
• Act as the on-set production lead for ecommerce shoots, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and adherence to brand and creative standards
• Support execution of T4–T5 creative launches, collaborating closely with the In-House Art Director and marketing teams to produce launch shoots to the highest standard
• Ensure the on set team keeps tidy and efficient styling and set areas throughout shoot days
• Oversee the studio assistant in catering, snacks, and coffee orders for the external team
• Print out shot lists and creative briefs, providing them to relevant team members on set
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on all shoots

Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer and community inquiries.
• Handle a variety of daily queries related to delivery, payments, and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication platforms, ensuring prompt and personalised responses.
• Escalate complex or specialist enquiries to relevant teams for resolution.
• Meet or exceed established performance and quality KPIs/targets.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media and review platforms within agreed SLAs.
• Observe community channels, identifying and escalating emerging issues quickly.
• Manage customer concerns during crises to protect the brand's reputation and enhance the overall experience.

Customer Experience Advisor

Social Media Manager

• Develop the activity and content calendar for social media.
• Champion social media and ensure effective use within the wider marketing strategy.
• Ideate and coordinate creation of social media content in line with campaign priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media and review plans as a result of the changes and trends in the social sphere
• Protect the brand image by monitoring conversations across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives
• Ensure that all always-on content across all social media channels are published on time.
• Manage posting calendars and ensure timely content delivery across platforms.

• Report into the Data & Insights Manager and work as one of the first hires in the Data & Insights team
• Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
• Develop robust, scalable data models to enable self-serve analytics and deeper insights
• Automate data ingestion processes and optimise query performance for analytical tools and dashboards
• Own the integration and transformation of Shopify and related commerce data
• Work with stakeholders across departments (marketing, operations, finance, product) to understand data requirements
• Collaborate with the Analytics Manager to support dashboarding and reporting

BI Developer

Content Manager

• Reports into the Editorial Lead and is part of the Editorial team within Creative.
• Full time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week; hybrid role with 3 days a week in Old Street, London office.
• Partner with the Editorial Lead to create brand-led campaign storytelling across all channels and develop scalable content franchises.
• Write creative campaign content including video/film scripts, printed collateral, out-of-home advertising and ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Editorial Lead, Events team, Art, Design and Marketing to devise content strategies including IRL experiences.
• Work closely with the Copy Manager to deliver on-brief, on-brand campaign copy and edit blog content for SEO and customer connection.
• Write and edit social copy and support messaging for channel owners (eg social, CRM) to ensure cohesion.
• Act as a brand voice guardian and maintain consistency across all written content.
• Partner with SEO agencies and UX teams to optimise messaging for digital performance and discoverability.
• Proofread and edit all written content to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design to shape content franchise identities and visual cohesion.
• Understand the digital customer journey and write for conversion across key pages (collection pages, landing pages, etc.).
• Align content planning with broader brand and business objectives and work cross-functionally to maximise reach and impact.

• Handle daily queries related to delivery, payments, and products and ensure a seamless refund process for returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication platforms with prompt and personalised responses.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media and review platforms within agreed SLAs; support Community Management efforts as needed.
