• Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions
• Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies
• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
• Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
• Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
• Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how OneImaging is presented
• Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
• Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed

Talent Operations Associate – High Volume Recruiter, Coordinator

SDET

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing using modern automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar
• Develop and execute automated test suites for web applications built with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Implement API automation and validation for RESTful services using Postman, REST Assured, Supertest, or custom frameworks
• Perform backend and database validations using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring data consistency across systems
• Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers to promote shift-left testing, testability, and quality gates
• Build end-to-end automated coverage
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and fast feedback
• Create reusable test utilities, fixtures, and libraries to maintain consistent and maintainable automation patterns
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to identify quality risks and define test strategies early
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, and backend layers, isolate root causes, and drive defect resolution
• Maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, automation strategies, and coverage reports

Software Engineer – Test

System Administrator

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Providers, Finance, and Member Services.
• Own administration and user support for related GTM systems (e.g., CS platforms, ticketing systems, billing tools, or customer engagement platforms).
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support team performance and decision-making.
• Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Implement process automation and system workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other relevant tools.
• Maintain data integrity across systems through imports, deduplication, and ongoing audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, system errors, and integration gaps.
• Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date.
• Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools.
