• Support the Customer Success Manager in onboarding efforts across multiple implementation workstreams (benefit setup, data integration, reporting, billing, etc.)
• Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Own the sales strategy and execution for health plans and TPAs, including national, regional, and Blues plans.

• Develop and execute a multi-channel commercial marketing strategy to support pipeline growth across employers, health plans, TPAs, and channel partners.

• Plan, manage, and execute OneImaging’s presence at key industry conferences and events, including booth design, speaking opportunities, and field marketing support.

• Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, onsite visits if needed) to imaging centers across target markets
• Present providers with the value proposition of joining our network. Upfront payments at time of exam, increased referrals, streamlined contracting, no claims, no credentialing required
• Negotiate contractual terms, and develop a fee schedule proposal strategy utilizing transparency tools and market analysis data

Managed Care Contracting & Recruitment Manager – Radiology Imaging Centers

Architect

• Architect and implement backend services that interface with Postgres and Databricks to support business verticals, ensuring scale, reliability, and maintainability. Write production-grade code and lead by example.
• Design and oversee data adapters to integrate with external imaging facilities, payers, and TPAs, adhering to health data standards (FHIR/HL7, DICOM)
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, set coding standards, and foster engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant codebases.
• Design systems for reliability and graceful degradation as we scale from thousands to millions of orders. Extend considerations of fault-tolerance, error reporting, and load and stress testing to existing and new services. Establish recovery strategies and observability standards.
• Write clear engineering documentation that outlines architecture choices, technical milestones, and steps required to achieve epic/feature/service goals.
• Mentor backend and full-stack engineers, sharing tools and approaches to improve problem-solving. While mentorship is expected, the majority of your time will be spent coding and architecting systems.
• Partner with Product to translate business goals into efficient, value-driven technical solutions. Ensure tradeoffs are explicit and that the solution is optimized for the problem, pushing back on instances of incorrect scoping of a solution as needed providing the relevant evidence.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed CI/CD, observability, security, and cost-transparency into every service.

Lead Architect

Chief Marketing Officer

• Select, implement, and manage all tools related to marketing automation, customer data integration, attribution, and campaign execution.
• Create scalable systems to launch multi-step, multi-channel marketing campaigns triggered by claims, prior authorization (PA) data, or other system events across customers.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate campaign asset development (e.g., email drafts, copy variants, personalization tokens) and streamline QA workflows.
• Design reusable templates, segmentation logic, and workflows to enable personalization of marketing campaigns at scale.
• Establish processes and systems to enforce HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance across all marketing channels (SMS, email, direct mail, etc.).
• Build systems and workflows to maintain accuracy, deduplication, and enrichment of member contact data across all systems.
• Partner with engineering and product to integrate our marketing tools with core operational systems (e.g., claims feeds, EHRs, CRM, care navigation tools).
• Incorporate generative AI and analytics tools to improve segmentation, message timing, and channel selection based on performance trends and member behavior.
• Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly—on time, to the right people, in the right channel—and continuously improve through reporting and feedback loops.
• Reduce friction in campaign setup and execution, allowing the broader marketing and growth teams to focus on creative, strategy, and optimization.
