About the role
- Drive operational strategies to enhance creator discovery and access for brands
- Build and operationalize pricing structures balancing efficiency, scalability, and value for brands and creators
- Implement initiatives to boost order volume, optimize fulfillment processes, and encourage higher brand spend
- Design and maintain a structured communication framework to standardize brand–creator interactions
- Lead end-to-end creator onboarding operations, including verification, category mapping, and community engagement
- Establish and enforce a sustainable, process-driven pricing strategy for predictability and creator returns
- Oversee delivery automation workflows to ensure campaigns move smoothly from brief intake to execution
- Monitor supply-demand balance using data-driven insights and proactively address gaps
- Track and report operational metrics: order volumes, revenue growth, profit margins, turnaround times
- Monitor creator retention, onboarding SLAs, and adoption of marketplace tools; implement delivery-focused KPIs
- Partner with product/tech to co-create features reducing ops complexity and automating manual steps
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, finance, and legal to align onboarding, demand generation, and compliance
- Scale marketplace operations in India and develop operational roadmap for international expansion
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketplace management, e-commerce, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of marketplace supply-demand mechanics and pricing strategies
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketplace functions
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5-7 and cross-functional collaboration with tech, marketing, and product
