• accountable for driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue, building scalable programs, and ensuring operational excellence across the Omnissa partner ecosystem
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
• Develop sales strategies that are aligned with Omnissa’s business objectives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Business Managers by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans
• Act as a strategic thinker and tactical leader as you develop business plans, optimize partner coverage, and foster a high-performance team culture focused on execution, growth, and partner success
• Serve as an executive sponsor with key Partners as we look to further build, maintain and leverage strategic executive relationships within our Partner ecosystem
• Align with the leadership of various Partners to create the sponsorship needed to develop joint business plans; including sales target alignment, demand generation campaigns, marketing programs and enablement plans
• Act as an advocate for our Partners as you collaborate with internal stakeholders within our Channel Programs, Marketing, and Product teams to develop scalable enablement, incentive, and marketing programs
