• As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for one of our key seller segments, focusing on tools and processes that help Agents to increase efficiency and help grow their business.
• Manage products related to offerings and platform monetization, define OKRs, plan roadmaps, run experiments and collaborate across teams.
• Please note that this position is based in Poland and OLX does not provide relocation support - you must already be based and eligible to work in Poland. Remote work from within Poland is possible.

Senior Product Manager, Real Estate

SEO Marketing

• Build a more sustainable world through trade by making it safe, smart, and convenient to buy and sell cars, find housing, get jobs, and more as part of OLX.
• Work in a pioneering, cross-functional growth hub where product, engineering, data science, and marketing converge to build AI search discovery and organic growth frameworks at global scale.
• Architect scalable, AI-ready organic growth frameworks and lead experiments across billions of indexed pages and millions of users to drive continuous audience growth.
• Own the SEO & GEO growth agenda for a key vertical (Motors, Real Estate, or Jobs), taking vision-to-execution responsibility for marketplace visibility.
• Serve as a product growth leader driving global visibility and AI-first strategies, collaborating closely with product teams, data scientists, and engineers.
• Report directly to the Head of SEO/GEO and take full ownership of the category while the Head is onboarding.
• Position can be based in Portugal, Poland, or Romania; remote work within these countries is possible; no relocation support provided.

SEO and GEO Lead

• Own the SEO & GEO growth agenda for a key vertical (Motors, Real Estate, or Jobs).
• Serve as a product growth leader, driving visibility and impact on a global scale.
• Lead GEO and AI-first strategies and work closely with product teams, data scientists, and engineers.
• Take full ownership of a category’s organic growth engine from vision to execution.
• Run large-scale experiments, A/B testing, and automation initiatives to accelerate growth.
• Leverage advanced data stacks (BigQuery, Python automation, AI-driven analytics) for insights.
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally, evangelising OLX’s role in AI-driven organic growth.
• Push the frontier from generative AI models to large-scale semantic search.

SEO/GEO Lead

• Design and execute an ambitious, AI-powered SEO & GEO roadmap, aligned with OLX’s global business and product vision, focused on scale, automation, and long-term growth.
• Take full ownership of a category’s organic growth engine, driving marketplace visibility from vision to execution.
• Be embedded directly within product teams, ensuring SEO, AI, and GEO innovation are hardwired into product design, engineering, and marketing.
• Run large-scale experiments, A/B testing, and automation initiatives to unlock competitive edge and accelerate growth.
• Leverage advanced data stacks (BigQuery, Python automation, AI-driven analytics) to transform raw data into actionable product growth insights.
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally, evangelising OLX’s role as a global innovator in AI-driven organic growth.
• Push the frontier, from generative AI models to large-scale semantic search, making OLX a category-defining player in AI-driven discovery.
