- As Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for one of our key seller segments, focusing on tools and processes that help Agents to increase efficiency and help grow their business.
- Manage products related to offerings and platform monetization, define OKRs, plan roadmaps, run experiments and collaborate across teams.
- Please note that this position is based in Poland and OLX does not provide relocation support - you must already be based and eligible to work in Poland. Remote work from within Poland is possible.
Requirements
- Extensive years of experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company
- Experience with seller-facing products
- Curiosity! – initiative to dig into the why, what & how
- Experience in hypothesis and data-based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysis
- Capability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teams
- Experience working in a complex matrix organisation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient English is required
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
