About the role
- Own the SEO & GEO growth agenda for a key vertical (Motors, Real Estate, or Jobs).
- Serve as a product growth leader, driving visibility and impact on a global scale.
- Lead GEO and AI-first strategies and work closely with product teams, data scientists, and engineers.
- Take full ownership of a category’s organic growth engine from vision to execution.
- Run large-scale experiments, A/B testing, and automation initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Leverage advanced data stacks (BigQuery, Python automation, AI-driven analytics) for insights.
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally, evangelising OLX’s role in AI-driven organic growth.
- Push the frontier from generative AI models to large-scale semantic search.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling organic growth for large, complex platforms (multi-million pages, multi-category products) and demonstrated experience in leading AI/SEO innovation.
- 5-7 Years of experience in the search engine optimization field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Hands-on expertise with modern SEO stacks, data pipelines, A/B testing, and AI-driven approaches (e.g., NLP, automation, ML-based insights).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of various digital marketing channels, including PR, web development, and content creation.
