💰 $138,480 - $207,720 per year
About the role
- Lead sales efforts at Target & Ulta and other customers/brands as identified by Sales leadership
- Collaborate with customers to ensure true partnership spirit
- Strategically and profitably create and execute annual business plans at all accounts
- Serve as the execution arm of the Wellbeing Collective and bring plans to life at retail
- Penetrate all levels of management at customers and build strong relationships
- Plan and execute profitable, on-strategy annual promotion plans
- Manage JBP partnership for WBC at Target and lead shipment forecasting and reduced revenue planning
- Train and develop associate-level teammate as their line manager
- Articulate the WBC’s Collective’s unique positioning to deliver overall growth
- Report to Sr. Sales Director Team Lead for Target and work cross-functionally to drive the business
- Live team values and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer with a proven track record of success working with Target
- A deep knowledge and sales experience in working with Target
- Deep understanding of Target financials & JBP
- Entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, dependability, integrity, and innovative sensibility
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and build capabilities for the entire company
- Personally and professionally motivated to deliver results and get things done
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to use data (IRI, Nielsen, Greenfield, etc.) to story-tell around opportunities and create solutions
- Understanding and expertise to navigate Target’s systems (Greenfield, SBP, etc.)
- Solid negotiation skills in “getting to yes” with retail partners
- Energized and passionate about building a transformational brand
- A true “Team Player” who can work cross-functionally to achieve results
