• Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving data errors, and escalating system concerns when needed.
• Assist with Kinaxis system maintenance activities, testing, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

Stabilization Manager – Temporary

Supply Chain

• Lead the strategic direction of core supply chain systems and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, data, and processes effectively support business objectives.
• Oversee system governance and standards, driving consistency in planning master data, documentation, and ways of working across teams.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment, partnering with planning, logistics, customer service, inventory, and other stakeholders to build integrated, end‑to‑end processes.
• Manage system enhancements and integrations, including design reviews, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure strong data quality and reporting, enabling accurate analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that strengthen operational performance.
• Champion user adoption and change management, ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively leverage new systems and processes.
• Partner with external and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance, improve collaboration, and support operational transitions or new initiatives.
• Monitor performance and deliver results, aligning systems and processes to key organizational metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.

Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain

Customer Support

• Serve as a primary operational contact for retail customers, distributors, and internal business partners regarding orders, fulfillment, inventory, and service-related issues.
• Process and manage the full customer order lifecycle utilizing EDI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Troubleshoot order processing, EDI, inventory, and fulfillment issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and 3PL providers to support customer needs and maintain service levels.
• Manage finished goods inventory and monitor order status to support successful customer fulfillment.
• Support customer setup, item setup, and maintenance of customer and product master data.
• Assist with UPC creation, Bills of Materials, customer-specific item forms, and product syndication platforms such as Salsify.
• Partner with the S&OP Manager to identify orders at risk, manage allocations, and communicate potential supply constraints.
• Monitor open orders, inventory availability, inventory aging, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support new customer onboarding activities, including item setup documentation, routing guide collection, and retailer-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs related to customer service, order management, and fulfillment performance.

Temporary Customer Service Representative

Planner

• Own deployment and allocation planning across multiple distribution centers, co-packers and warehouses to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time
• Translate supply plans and customer forecasts into actionable deployment plans
• Monitor and respond to supply/demand imbalances, short-dated inventory, and network constraints
• Optimize inventory levels across sites to achieve target service levels and minimize obsolescence or overstock
• Collaborate closely with demand planners, production planners, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations
• Manage allocation logic for constrained supply scenarios and communicate effectively with sales and customer service teams
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network flow, reduce costs, and improve agility
• Maintain master data related to deployment rules, lead times, and transit lanes. Analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, deployment adherence, and in-stock metrics

• Lead Target Sales team across all sales efforts at Target to maximize growth while being willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to enhancing process and ways of working
• Play a leadership role within annual JBP collaboration and drive strategic customer relationships with key senior leaders at Target + across our operating companies to ensure a true partnership spirit
• Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business at Target, providing critical customer input into development of operating company go-to-market strategies
• Build and enhance process, customer insights, data utilization, and implement best practices
• Drive collaboration with key decision makers in brand, marketing and supply chain to establish goals and drive profitable growth to deliver Annual Operating Plan for the WBC and for broader Unilever
