• Lead Target Sales team across all sales efforts at Target to maximize growth while being willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to enhancing process and ways of working
• Play a leadership role within annual JBP collaboration and drive strategic customer relationships with key senior leaders at Target + across our operating companies to ensure a true partnership spirit

Senior Director of Sales

Manager

• Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving data errors, and escalating system concerns when needed.
• Assist with Kinaxis system maintenance activities, testing, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Gather business needs and help create business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional documentation for system enhancements and operational improvements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities for new system functionality and integrations.
• Train end users on newly implemented functionality, system updates, and standard processes to support adoption and effective system usage.
• Support data accuracy and master-data management activities across planning and inventory systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory to support operational processes and system usage.
• Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support consistent ways of working.
• Monitor system performance and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, scorecards and dashboards.
• Continued education and training for users on best practice/ways of working within Kinaxis.
• Support system integration and monitor data flow between Kinaxis, Datalake and D365.

QA Engineer

• Support daily quality operations to ensure timely execution of QA deliverables for product release, documentation, samples, quality records, and certification programs.
• Assist with the collection, review, organization, and maintenance of documentation and samples required for product certifications, customer requests, audits, and regulatory support.
• Maintain quality databases, trackers, and shared records to support accurate reporting, traceability, and inspection readiness.
• Provide practical quality guidance to business partners while balancing compliance requirements, business needs, and risk-based decision-making.

Senior Associate, Quality Assurance

• Serve as a member of the leadership team, providing direction, advice, and insights into quality and regulatory compliance in all leadership forums.
• Lead and implement QA/RA strategies, policies, and objectives in alignment with company plans while driving growth ambition.
• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with FDA guidelines, Unilever standards and industry’s best practices
• Partner with Product, Supply chain, and other functions to ensure timely regulatory deliveries and end-to-end compliance.
• Build and manage a high performing QA and RA teams, and scale resources and capabilities to meet business demand.
• Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and regulatory meetings, providing leadership and expertise
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support innovation, supplier management, risk assessment, and product disposition, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout.
• Participate in external policy and advocacy to create, grow, and protect the business.
• Develop and maintain a supplier qualification and monitoring program supported by comprehensive quality agreements.
• Ensure we distribute compliant products that deliver on our brand promise and meet consumer expectations
• Stays current on FDA and Industry compliance standards, legislation, and trends, and recommends actions to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness
• Rely on data and metrics to drive continuous improvements
