Social Media Manager

• Lead and execute the social media strategy for the OLLY Personal Care category across social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook etc.).
• Lead the briefing for all social assets leveraging across internal and external content partners, including in-house creative team, external agency and creator platforms.
• Manage the social media budget, including content creation, agency feeds, tools and engagement incentives.
• Own relationship with social agency partner(s) and manage day-to-day to ensure timely production and delivery of effective content; provide feedback and manage performance as needed in partnership with Sr. Manager of Social Media.

Sales

• Lead strategic portfolio assessments to guide sales planning, identify price realization gaps, uncover white space opportunities, and ensure price-pack execution aligned with brand and portfolio strategy.
• Optimize pricing and pack architecture across channels and customers by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Use scenario modeling to anticipate competitive moves, elasticity, and mix shifts that drive profitable growth.

• Establish disciplined investment guardrails— including depth, frequency, mechanics, and ROI thresholds—supported by a pre-commit sign-off process with Finance and Sales to ensure value-driven decisions.
• Develop advanced financial models and methodologies for pricing simulations, white space launches, and holistic customer-level P&amp;L views that connect price, mix, promo, and terms to contribution margin and cash flow.
• Advance annual reduced revenue rate planning by integrating standardized, weighted criteria to improve transparency and consistency.
• Create customer segmentation frameworks by OpCo to guide investment strategies, prioritize opportunities, and tailor commercial approaches.
• Define and track KPIs to measure NRM initiative success and enable best-in-class performance management.
• Establish a robust NRM operating cadence through monthly Councils, QBRs with executive readouts, and post-event ROI audits to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional NRM capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain through targeted training on price waterfall, ROI, and mix levers. Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Sales Manager, Net Revenue Management

• Lead development/ implementation of action plan for OLLY’s 2028 BCorp recertification to ensure compliance with new 2025 Bcorp Guidelines
• Drive efficient data collection for OLLY’s annual carbon footprints through collaboration with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and consultants. Implement documentation improvements, training, and technology to increase data accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Establish efficient methods for annual reporting of emissions against SBTi targets and roadmap plans
• Assist roadmap project owners with project tracking, elevating issues, and providing recommendations for roadmap improvements annually
• Lead GHG emission re-baselining efforts in 2026 and future
• Cross-collaborate with PD, Operations, and Logistics to drive successful 2026 roadmap remodeling

Sustainability Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Run preclose risk/opportunity reviews, bridges, and executive narratives; deliver accurate rolling forecasts across Revenue → GM → UOP → Cash.
• Own the close pack and co-lead “closing the books” with Accounting to produce timely, accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash views.
• Standardize KPI dictionary, deck templates, and forum cadence so both OpCos share the same look, feel, and process across performance reviews, QBRs, AOP, and 3YP.
• Lead end-to-end Overheads planning, forecasting, bridges (rate/volume/one-offs), and spend governance with functional owners and HR, supported by the FP&A Associate.
• Serve as a critical member of OLLY and SmartyPants S&OP; responsible for cash-up, overlays, and input into Consensus S&OP.
• Own WC forecast, actuals, and reporting (DSO/DIO/DPO, CCC/CTN, payables usage); align targets and narrative with the Wellbeing team and maintain actions log with accountable owners.
• Build and maintain GMVA frameworks to report underlying price, volume growth, and supply chain GMVA (PPV, yield, waste, freight, logistics, mix); ensure reconciliation to consolidated bridges.
• Deploy automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and AI-assisted analysis to reduce cycle time from data → insight → decision; govern a single source of truth for models, queries, and master data logic.
• Coordinate consolidated plans, assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivities with line-of-sight from functional plans to VMS P&L and cash; codify and monitor guardrails (price/mix/trade/BMI/COGS/OH/WC).
• Coach, develop, and performance manage one FP&A Associate; raise the bar on clarity, speed, accuracy, and analytical rigor.

Senior FP&A Manager

• P&L Ownership: Lead and manage the full $800M+ retail sales P&L for both OLLY and SmartyPants, driving commercial strategy, execution, and performance management across all business levels.
• Strategic Planning: Deliver monthly and annual results and develop robust 3-year strategic and financial plans to position the business for sustained growth.
