Creative Strategist

• Own and evolve the brand’s look, feel, and tone of voice across products and channels
• Partner closely with Head of Growth, Head of Innovation, Insights & Retail Marketing, and Head of Sales to integrate cohesive storytelling
• Develop guardrails to ensure consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints
• Track food & nutrition trends and creative innovations to stay ahead of category
• Lead strategy and execution across Organic Social, Partnerships, PR/Comms, and Customer Experience
• Guide social content planning and manage one direct report for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Set annual PR goals and direct agency partners to maximize impressions and awareness
• Identify and execute meaningful brand and influencer partnerships
• Ensure brand-aligned messaging across email/social and foster deeper fan engagement
• Manage in-house creative team delivering assets across packaging, photography/video, digital, email, and retail
• Oversee freelancers and agencies to expand capabilities
• Set and manage creative and non-working spend budgets across brand and creative pillars
• Concept and guide creative for launches, seasonal moments, and retail expansions
• Collaborate with Growth and Retail Marketing to bring campaigns to life and drive sales velocity
• Partner with Innovation & Insights to translate market and consumer data into campaign opportunities
• Lead and coach a team of four creatives and brand marketers
• Report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work from the Soho office 3 days per week
