About the role
- Cultivate multi-level strategic partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, and Salesforce to align with Odaseva’s objectives.
- Develop and execute localized, partner-specific go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional sales leadership and global partnership frameworks.
- Drive routine pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and annual performance reviews with partners; track performance metrics.
- Generate high-quality leads and incremental opportunities through joint sales planning, co-marketing initiatives, and alignment with Odaseva’s sales teams.
- Partner with internal sales teams to support strategic pursuits and integrate partner solutions into Odaseva offerings.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and services teams to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
- Collaborate with expert services team to ensure successful and consistent partner-led implementations.
- Bring deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer challenges to guide strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or partner management experience in a technical environment.
- At least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success working with GSIs and RSIs to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing complex deals.
- Strong network of existing relationships with key players in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse regions and teams.
- Experience with partner performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
