About the role
- Support Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies and coordinating bulk hiring drives
- Actively source and engage candidates for technical and non-technical roles using advanced search methods and AI-driven tools
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage candidate pipelines
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements across multiple channels
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and coordinate pre-employment activities including background and reference checks
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams and provide regular updates and recruitment reports
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and leverage AI and automation
- Prepare recruitment materials and handle candidate inquiries, interview scheduling, and recruitment logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and/or sourcing for tech and non-tech roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with advanced search methods, AI-driven sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks
